Megan & Mark

So when a fellow photographer asks you to capture their wedding day and engagement images, you feel totally honoured, and to tell you the truth slightly [ok totally] terrified. It’s a whole different kind of pressure.

When Megan from Megan Battersby Photography contacted me I was thilled. I met with her and Mark and right off the bat we hit it off, I think we could have chatted for hours. It was like sitting down with old friends. First; they were totally adorable together, second; they made eachother laugh, and me giddy with excitement.

For their engagement  session, we decided on the Distillery District, which is one of my favourite little spots in Toronto, I can’t put my finger on it, there’s just something magical about it.
We wandered around the area and had the best time. Mark is totally the understated personality, quiet, reserved, relaxed, totally at ease. Megan is a firecracker, super fun, always excited, and has the most contagious laughter. It was a beauty of a spring evening, and I have to say, the mach 3 winds, definitely added a little something to the shoot.

Love these two, and am beyond excited for their wedding day.
