Amanda & Andy’s Country Farm Barn Wedding

This intimate barn cottage country wedding on the family country property near Roseneath Ontario is beyond perfect for so many reasons.

Here’s a bit of a back story:
Amanda and Andy requested for Adam to photograph their wedding day.  And there are so many reasons. Adam and Amanda met eachother, during Adam’s first year of living in Toronto. They met in Adam’s first photography class. Later to find out Amanda was good friends with Adam’s first roommate. Years later, when Adam was visiting his parents in Nunavut, he saved some puppies. [Yup, Adam is the puppy saving type. This man truly has the biggest heart!] Adam brought two pups with him back to Toronto. He kept Kobalt, who he had a super strong bond with, and Amanda adopted Kobalt’s fur-sister, Layla. Since that time, they have a pooch reunion a couple of times a year. So the pooches can have some time to frolic together and Adam and Amanda have a chance to catch up.

Amanda and Andy’s wedding day was absolutely perfect.  There was not a cloud in the sky. It’s not often that couple have a chance to do their first look in the forest. And it made it so much more special, that the photos were taken on Andy’s grandpas land. The grooms family taps trees for maple syrup. How cool would it have been to grow up around a sugar shack as a kid. And how awesome that Andy and Amanda were able to celebrate near by.
