I am thrilled to share this wedding with you, this one just warmed my heart. I got home tired, but with a huge grin on my face, as right before I left, the Bride’s Mom thanked me for being a part of the day and saying that not only did I capture their memories but it was so nice to see that I cared about what I was doing, and the people I was photographing. Thank you Nancy, for your kind words – Erin, Ian and your family and friends made our [thanks Adam!] day so much fun, and we are so happy to have been invited to be part of your celebration.
Erin and Ian met online [just like my husband and I], so that made us click right off the bat. They decided on a short engagement before they tied the knot. Speaking of tying the knot, that was the theme of the entire wedding, from the beautiful stationary, to the nautical waterfront venue, to the litteral tying of the knot during the ceremony, everything fit together so well and truly reflected the couple, their adventurous personalities, their love of water and the cottage life.
Erin & Ian, I hope your life is filled with love, smiles and oodles of adventures near and far!
This oversized bouquet by The Flower Room is simply stunning.

Last minute speech printing = awesome photo op for me.

Gorgeous ladies in their stunning navy dresses.
Erin…you are beautiful.

Boys…looking handsome with a scotch in hand…that look suits you.

I love first looks…I could not narrow it to just one image…Erin + Ian, I loved the excitement on your faces as you saw each other for the first time.

Erin had a little trouble getting Ian’s ring on…too funny.

Keeping with the nautical theme.

I love this image, Erin + Ian just took a moment to take it all in during cocktails.
Who says family photos have to be boring…this was an awesome group.

A little impromptu father-daughter dance before the grand entrance.
