Karin & Mark’s Summer Caffino Ristorante Wedding in Liberty Village
I’m so excited to share this beautiful Caffino wedding with you. Here is a little bit of a back story about Karin & Mark. Mark and I went to high school together. He was the student body president and over all a super nice guy. He was super involved in sports and was the kind of person everyone liked. Which we all know is hardly ever the case in high school. He’s super good friends with my dear friend Nandini, and we see each other every so often at get togethers. I was so excited when Karin & Mark contacted us to photograph their Caffino wedding. Caffino is such a hidden gem. It’s just west of downtown Toronto in the Liberty Village neighbourhood. It has a super cool rustic feel, combined with Italian charm.

Karin & Mark’s Caffino wedding was a bit of a rainy one. Oh, gotta love mother nature playing tricks on us! Karin & Mark were more than willing to go out with Adam and Cristina and shoot outside. We love that so much! Why should a little rain ruin your wedding day. Liberty Village is such a sweet spot for photos. It has so much charm, cool architecture and generally and awesome vibe.
Mark & Karin first met on an ultimate frisbee league. Their Caffino wedding was right next door to Lamport Stadium, so why not play some frisbee. I mean, how often do you have a chance to do that in your wedding get up. Lamport Stadium was so great about allowing us a bit of time to shoot there. And it was so great to capture Karin & Mark, playing the sport they love. This is how it all started, after all.
