Pauline & Michael – Hart House Wedding
This beautiful Hart House wedding was our last wedding in 2017. It was the perfect way to finish an incredible season. I think I mentioned that to Pauline & Michael a dozen times before we finished up for the evening.
Pauline and Michael’s first encounter was when her friend thought he’d be perfect for her, when she saw him in a bar. But she did not think anything of it, until she saw his face online [swipe right!] ;o) Long story short, you never know where and when you might run into the person you’re meant to fall in love with. I love that part…the trusting the starts or universe a bit. The seeing where life takes you and who it might send your way.
Pauline and Mike’s ceremony was beautiful. Adam and I felt so welcomed at St. Philip’s Lutheran Church in Etobicoke. It had beautiful light, which we always love. And most of all Pastor Tuula made the entire ceremony so personal, and so about Pauline and Mike, and mostly, about love.
We headed to the University of Toronto campus for some photos. Pauline was incredible, not only was she beaming, but she braved the breezy November weather like no bride I’ve ever seen! The combo, made for some incredible photos. Granted, it’s always handy to have your handsome Groom to keep you warm.
During this Hart House wedding, the cocktail reception was abuzz with such great energy, we knew it was going to be such a special night. Pauline and Mike kicked off their evening with an awesome choreographed dance. And then surprised all of their guests with a song set by the incredibly talented Barbra Lica. It was awesome! Her voice is impeccable.
The Great Hall at Hart House was filled with so much love that evening, it was an honour to be there to capture it all.
Pauline and Michael, thank you for being incredible. Your Hart House wedding was the most perfect way to finish off 2017 wedding season.
