I love love. I know I say it often, but it’s true. It’s the reason I do this work. It’s the reason I still get excited for every single wedding day.

Lindsay and Lincoln’s St. Lawrence Hall wedding in Toronto reminded me exactly why.

I got to know these two during their engagement session last summer. They are both academics, yes. But more than that, they are warm, funny, and completely themselves. We laughed a lot during that session, and I knew their wedding day would feel the same.

And it did.

From start to finish, there was this quiet, unspoken connection between them. The kind you don’t need to direct. It just exists.

Add in a perfect May day, a room full of their favourite people, and one of Toronto’s most iconic venues, and everything came together in the best way.
