I was so so looking forward to this Melanie & Evan tying the knot. I have had the honour of capturing Melanie’s brother’s wedding as well as her sister’s wedding, so I know this group quite well, and I am truly humbled that they invited me back for each of their weddings.
Melanie & Evan said I do in the beautiful historic St. Lawrence Hall, the ceremony was officiated by Evan’s Mom, which is as special as it gets. Melanie & Evan have been together for a while, there were a lot of jokes about how this was a long time coming, but honestly this was such a magical day. Melanie & Evan have this unspoken, intimate comfort about them, something that develops by being together for a few years. It was so great to photograph.
Melanie, you looked incredible in that gown, just stunning! Evan, you rocked those bright polka dot socks, and the way you and the guys were so meticulous with filling your flasks truly impressed me. ;o)
I hope your wedding day was everything you dreamed it would be, you are two peas in a pod. Thank you for inviting us to capture your day, Larissa & I had an amazing time.
