Kim & Giacomo’s University of St Michael’s College and Boulevard Club Wedding
Kim and Giacomo’s summer Boulevard Club wedding, was one I was so looking forward to. Not only was I excited because we had an awesome time during their farm engagement session. But I was excited to shoot at the Boulevard Club again. They have been adding on to the club for the past few years, so I don’t think they were booking that many weddings during construction.
My day of shooting started off with a whole bunch of pups. Yup, I was surrounded by sweet fur babies, one of which was Kim and Giacomo’s mini schnauzer. Kim and the ladies were so much fun and so relaxed during the prep, I knew we were in for a treat. Downtown, Adam spent the morning with Giacomo and the guys. Funny, rowdy and up for anything, the groom and groomsman walked to the church. I love that! Not only are the photos fun, but how awesome is it to avoid Toronto traffic.
We had an awesome time shooting in and around U of T. With a little McDonald’s break in between. And definitely some awesomely ridiculous nugget dunking photos.
At the Boulevard Club, we were not only lucky enough to be able to get some time to shoot in and around the docks. But one of the members offered up her vintage sail boat for some photos. She did try to direct the shoot, which we all found so funny. In the end we got some incredible photos. Kim and Giacomo could grace the pages of a sailing magazine. I was so swooning over all of their images as I was working on them.
Kim and Giacomo, thank you for inviting us to be a part of your journey. We had a blast!
Thank you so much to Alusha for helping make their day incredible!
